Meet the Coach at - Total Life Coaching Mary Titus, Owner/Coach, has been involved with transforming self and achieving excellence for over 30 years - for herself and others. She has touched thousands of lives over these years - whether working in the health field as an RN supporting and mentoring persons who are coping (or not) with the harshness of life threatening illness, and death; in business - coaching and supporting managers in achieving their potential and meeting or exceeding their budget; working with sales managers and teams to keep them focused on their target; coaching and supporting employees at all levels - through trainings in team building dynamics; and with individual clients helping them to identify their passions and their values; reconnect with their resources;and realize their ability to live the life they want to live.
She is also an inspiring and dynamic speaker conducting workshops on Passionate Living, Personal Development, Communication, Hypnosis, and NLP. Meet the Coach Associate - Tony Giuffreda. Several years ago Tony realized he wasn't satisfied with where he was in his life. He was involved in marketing at a corporate level and wanted to do something that would allow him to offer more assistance to others. he wanted to grow, and wanted to help others grow and heal. Tony had already been involved in assisting and mentoring others. He taught and trained neurologically & cognitively impaired children and adults, as well as non-impaired children and adults at the Twin Dragon Kenpo Karate Studio. He also coached at the Special Olympics in the summer of 1994 through the Speech and Language Development Center, Buena Park, California - assisting others to realize even small achievements in their abilities rang true for me. He decided to return to college. Tony earned a BA in psychology. Attended Massage School and earned certification as Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. He became initiated and certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing. Tony continued to pursue his education in the field of alternative and complementary therapies and earned certification in Holistic Wellness. In 2002 Tony founded Total Life Care in Orange County, CA. He has committed himself to helping those who could not find help elsewhere by using effective natural and complementary transformational healing therapies. He is also a Certified NLP Coach and Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Time Line Therapy Practitioner using these skills as an effective Transformational Coach.
